Goals and Objectives

List the goal (s), objectives, and outcomes of your project. When providing this, link appropriate goals, objectives, and outcomes together to illustrate how each derives from the other. Grant programs will require that these statements are very clearly specified and are measurable. For each outcome, explain how you can "measure" it to ensure it has been achieved. For example, if one of your training outcomes is that teachers have will acquire a "beginning" level of competency in using PowerPoint to make classroom presentations, you might "measure" whether or not this outcome is achieved as follows:

Ask each teacher to present a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation to you, which you will "evaluate" using a survey to determine their level of competency. Thus, the outcome (a teacher acquires beginning competency in using PowerPoint) is "measured" by evaluating the teacher's presentation using an evaluation instrument.

Identify when you expect to begin your project and when you anticipate ending your project. Be concise and accurate in your statements.
