Grant Proposal Development
Writing Grants can work with you to prepare a full proposal based upon the grant guidelines for submission to the funding agency. We categorize proposals into 2 types:
As always, using our simple 3-step procedure, we keep the proposal development process as uncomplicated as possible for our clients. Here's how to get started!
If you have not already completed the Customer Background survey form, please fill it out now and click "send" to email it to us. Once we receive this information we'll provide you with a cost estimate for your proposal and then, with your approval, begin the development process.
Step 1. Draft
We prepare an initial draft of the proposal and submit it to you for your review and feedback. The initial draft will include a cover page, table of contents, narrative, budget and a timeline* with action steps for the proposal development process.
* It is important to note that Writing Grants cannot be held responsible for meeting submission deadlines if the client does not return critical information within the agreed to timeline.
Step 2. Draft To Final
We prepare and submit for your review a follow-up document, based upon your initial feedback, which will include a final cover page, table of contents, narrative and budget. In addition this document will also include drafts of the budget narrative, work plan, evaluation, forms and appendices.
Step 3. Final To Submission
We prepare and overnight mail the final and complete proposal to you with all required forms ready for signatures. All that's left is for you to do is sign and mail the original proposal and all copies to the funding agency.
All Proposal Development service costs* will be submitted for your prior approval and will range as follows:
Short Proposals: $1,500 - $2,500
Long Proposals: $5,000 - $10,000
* The $500 up front fee will be waived for all clients that have paid Writing Grants for previous services.
